We are quite different from the dormitory kennels which hold 40, 60, or more dogs and cats in small cages or runs. With such a small number of spacious suites, each guest at The Pets Inn is assured a comfortable, personal stay. We are proud that The Pets Inn is the smallest, most personal boarding facility in Elk Grove.

The Pets Inn guests leave their inside air controlled suites early in the morning and play all day in three separate play areas. Endless Exercise, socialization, and interaction. All for one fixed price.

• Board for single nights or for extended periods.

• We administer medications per your Veterinarians  instructions. There is no extra fee.
• Bed time treats or chews or gongs filled with peanut butter given at no extra charge

Boarding Requirements

All pets must have up to date vaccines, including rabies, (Dogs), DHLPP, and bordatella (kennel cough).

(Cats),FVrc & FVLV vaccines. We require a copy to add to your pets personal pet care file.We are taking deposits now for the Holidays so book early for we have limited space available.

All appointments must be made in advance. Call to schedule a walk through of our facility prior to booking, (new clients only). A deposit is required at the time of booking and will be subtracted from the total amount of bill at the end of your pets stay.

Pets must be neutered or spayed at the appropriate age (The Pets Inn will consider exceptions). New pets will be individually evaluated and introduced slowly into the pet guest community.

Rates

Cage Free Guest Suites - $30/night - this is for pets' that are well socialized.
Additional pets sharing same suite - $25.00 on second pet, $20.00 on third pet, $15.00 on fourth pet.

Crated Guest - $25/night - this is for pets' that are already crate trained.

Dog Day Care - $10/day 7:30am to 5:00pm. Monday - Friday upon availability  - this is for pets' that are well socialized.

Kennel Care Non-Neutered male dogs - $60.00 a night

Kennel Care Non-Neutered male cats - $30.00 a night

We do not accept non-spayed female cats or female dogs at our facility.

Hours

Pet care services at The Pets Inn is by appointment and availability so it is important to call us first. Due to our cage free environment we want to ensure a calm and secure environment for our pet guests, so a scheduled appointment is necessary. Please keep in mind that small children and those that feel intimidated  by dogs, cats, large birds, rodents, snakes or exotic pets, should not accompany a tour.
